How quickly can the plans be drawn so that building work can start?
How much are the plans going to cost?
Our planning services offer competitive pricing based on a fixed percentage of the build cost. Generally, our planning services cost approximately the estimated on-site project cost, including all planning and building regulations drawings, structural calculations, and application forms submitted to your local council.
Additionally, we provide several copies of the completed plans to enable you to obtain quotes from builders, making selecting the right contractor for your project easier.
If you are still determining the cost of your home improvement project, we can provide you with an estimate during our first visit.
From our first visit to take measurements and rough sketches to the first builder starting on site, it takes an average of 12 weeks.*
* It may take longer for particularly complicated building work or exceptional cases.
Once the plans and planning application have been submitted to your local council, it takes around two weeks for them to be assessed and confirm whether or not planning permission has been granted.
If there are any problems, the plans must be altered and the application resubmitted.
